General terms and conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of application
These General terms and conditions of business apply for all orders placed on the Website of Michel Metz.

2. The Contract Partner

3. The conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when the buyer of one of the photos of the series (limited edition) in the shopping cart and purchase completes.

4. Prices and payment conditions
Each image costs 200 euros, including frame. The customer has the option between three types of wood (beech, Douglas fir, and pine) to select. Accepted payment methods are credit card, direct Bank transfer and PayPal.

5. Delivery terms and conditions
apply to the usual standard shipping times from the German Post for insured packages. The shipping cost 14,81 Euro.

6. The right of withdrawal
the right of withdrawal in accordance with German law.

7. Warranty and liability
Warranty claims shall be in accordance with the statutory provisions. In the case of defects of the goods, the buyer has the right to subsequent performance (repair or replacement). Should the subsequent performance fails, the buyer may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

you have the right, within 14 days, without stating reasons, this contract to revoke. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, the goods have taken possession of.

Consequences of the cancellation:

 
If you withdraw your contract, we have you all the payments, which we received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs, which arise from it, that you have a different type of delivery than the offered by us, cheapest standard delivery is selected), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day repay on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract.
